He is one of the most famous painters of Ischia. Born in Forio in 1901, he moved away from his native land and then returned there in the 1950s. He paints masterpieces first of expressionist and impressionist matrix, finally he dedicates himself to figurativism. He died in 1981, leaving several works imbued with the essence of a tormented and restless soul.
